Refund Policy

As these items are custom-made, returns are only accepted under the following circumstances:

 Eligibility:

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date.

  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

How to Initiate a Return:

  1. Contact our customer service team at support@stuckonmomentos.com request a return authorization.

  2. Provide your order number and the reason for the return.

  3. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to send the item back.

Return Shipping:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or the wrong item was sent.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $50, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds:

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 2 business days.

Exchanges:

  • The most efficient way to ensure you receive the desired item is to initiate a return for the current item. Once the return is accepted, you can place a separate order for the replacement.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Custom or personalized items cannot be returned unless they are defective or incorrect.
